The Right of Withdrawal

You are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from when you or any appointed third-parties (i) receive the product or (ii) if several products on one order are delivered separately, from the date the last product was received.

In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send the message about the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we (THE BIG TOP) receives your decision to withdraw from this contract. Repayment will be made at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of the right of withdrawal arrives with us. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction.
