Hand painted animal approx 35mm. The Bengal tiger is found in parts of India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, and Myanmar. It lives in varied habitats - grasslands, subtropical and tropical rainforests, scrub forests, wet and dry deciduous forests and mangroves. Bengal tigers are pure carnivores and hunt medium-sized and large-sized animals, such as rabbits, water buffalo, deer, goat and wild boar. Estimates in 2005 indicate an approximate worldwide population of 4,580.
