Returns Policy for The Big Top online traditional toy shop, kite shop and puppets UK

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back at our mail order department within 14 days in a new and unused condition and with original packing intact.

We must be informed of breakages in transit within two working days of receipt of goods, either by Email (bigtopglasgow@aol.com) or Phone (0141 332 3300).

We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.

Returning Items by Mail

• On the delivery note please state the item(s) that you are returning. To assist processing please state the reason for the return.
• Package the return securely (in the original package if possible), and include delivery note.
• Packages must be returned pre-paid, and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service.

In all cases, refunds will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of being agreed. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
